Feeld 2026: how it works, what it costs, who it suits
Feeld is a dating app for couples and singles who want something other than one exclusive partner, or something alongside one. Liking, connecting and messaging are free, and the paid Majestic tier adds filters and unlimited likes. One reviewer we read found the pool smaller than on the big apps, and Feeld's 14M+ figure counts registered accounts, not active users.

This page rests on reading, not use: Feeld’s App Store listings in Sweden, the US and the UK, its Google Play listing in Sweden, Feeld’s own pages, the UK company register and published reviews, all read on October 5, 2026 unless another date is given.
How it works
Feeld uses the familiar mutual yes, with its own capital letters. You send a Like, and if the other person Likes you back, Feeld’s FAQ says “you’ll make a new Connection”, after which you can message each other (Feeld FAQ, 2026). Members must be 18 or older. You can join alone or as a couple, and Feeld says the app “is both for couples exploring together as much as it is for single people” (Feeld FAQ, 2026).
Free members can connect, explore profiles and send messages, according to Feeld’s Majestic page. The paid tier, Majestic, adds “See Who Likes You”, “Incognito & Private Photos”, “Filter by Desires & Last Seen”, “Unlimited Likes”, “Go Back” and one free Ping a day (Feeld Majestic, 2026). Selling unlimited likes implies a cap for everyone else, but Feeld does not publish the free limit. Pings and Uplift are extras sold separately in the stores.
We found no reply rule or chat timer on Feeld’s pages, so the product does not ask anyone to reply or sign off.
Feeld’s homepage lists its safety tools: identity verification, screenshot protection, nudity blur, Incognito, photo timers and ephemeral videos, reporting, and a Safety Team it says is available 24/7. It also promises “no profile ranking” (Feeld, 2026). These are Feeld’s descriptions, and we tested none of them. In the UK and Australia, new members confirm their age through “a quick live selfie check or mobile phone confirmation”. Accounts left inactive for 365 days are terminated (Feeld FAQ, 2026).
Feeld also publishes a glossary of 102 terms, which makes it a dating app that comes with a dictionary. We run a glossary too, so the teasing stops there. Two entries turn up in search questions about the app. GGG is a term Dan Savage popularized, the glossary says, for “the qualities of an excellent sexual partner”: good in bed, giving of time and pleasure, and game for exploring. FFF is “a threesome where all participants identify as women” (Feeld Glossary, 2026).
The name is the second one. The company was incorporated in England on February 28, 2014 as 3NDER LTD and kept that name until August 15, 2016 (Companies House, 2026). Global Dating Insights reported on August 2, 2016 that 3nder was rebranding as Feeld after a trademark suit from Match Group, the owner of Tinder, and quoted Dimo Trifonov as founder (Global Dating Insights, 2016).
Feeld Ltd’s registered office is in Carlisle, England. The directors are Ana Kirova, appointed December 11, 2023, and Antonio Mugica, appointed January 9, 2017. Trifonov was a director from 2014 until December 11, 2023. Kirova and Trifonov are each registered as holding “more than 25% but not more than 50%” of shares and voting rights, and Mugica as having “significant influence or control” (Companies House, 2026). Feeld describes Kirova as its CEO and co-founder (Feeld, 2026). The company’s 2025 revenue is in our news item on Feeld’s 2025 accounts, and the accounts give no user figures.
Feeld’s two check marks, and what the other apps show or do not show about read messages, are on dating app read receipts.
What it costs
Liking, connecting and messaging are free, according to Feeld. Everything else is in the table: App Store list prices in Sweden, the US and the UK, read October 5, 2026, with periods as each listing labels them (App Store Sweden, 2026; App Store US, 2026; App Store UK, 2026).
| Item | Sweden (kr) | US ($) | UK (£) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Majestic Membership, 30 days | 159 | 29.99 | 19.99 |
| Majestic Membership, 90 days | 319 | 49.99 | 32.99 |
| Majestic Membership, 1 year | 799 | 149.99 | 99.99 |
| Feeld Subscription, 30 days | 159 | 29.99 | 17.99 |
| Feeld Subscription, 90 days | 319 | 49.99 | 30.99 |
| 1 week Membership | 79 | not listed | not listed |
| Single Ping | 16 | 2.99 | 1.99 |
| 5 Pings | 64 | 13.49 | 7.99 |
| 10 Pings | 99 | 20.99 | 13.99 |
| 20 Pings | not listed | 34.99 | 19.99 |
| Uplift | 59 | 9.99 | 8.99 |
Feeld sells two memberships that are hard to tell apart. In the Swedish App Store on October 5, 2026, Majestic Membership and Feeld Subscription both cost 159 kr for 30 days and 319 kr for 90 days, and in the US App Store that day both cost $29.99 and $49.99. In the UK App Store on the same date, Feeld Subscription was £2 cheaper for both periods. No listing explains how the two differ, which turns the choice into a coin toss with a receipt. Only Majestic is sold by the year.
Older reviews quote older prices. mindbodygreen’s review of September 19, 2024 gives $20, $40 and $100, while the US App Store listed Majestic at $29.99, $49.99 and $149.99 on October 5, 2026 (mindbodygreen, 2024; App Store US, 2026).
The Swedish listing has one more line to read before paying. It says Feeld Ltd has not identified itself as a trader for the app, and that if you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, consumer rights do not apply to contracts between you and the provider (App Store Sweden, 2026). Our reading: the listing tells EEA buyers that consumer rights do not apply to the purchase, which would matter most for a 1-year plan.
What users report
These are other people’s accounts, one writer, platform or thread at a time. We have not checked them against the app.
An anonymous Slate columnist wrote on December 28, 2022 that Feeld worked for the writer in middle age, with the caveat that “having sex with someone is no guarantee of anything, certainly not a repeat performance” (Slate, 2022). Divine Ikpe spent five days on the app in Atlanta and New York for Rough Draft Atlanta, in a piece dated February 9, 2024 and updated September 18, 2026, and reported eight matches and messages with three of them (Rough Draft Atlanta, 2024). Jillian Angelini wrote in mindbodygreen on September 19, 2024, after six months on Feeld, that she liked how openly people said what they wanted and found the pool smaller than on the big apps, in a review that carries affiliate links (mindbodygreen, 2024).
On Trustpilot’s feeld.com profile, Feeld had a TrustScore of 1.3 from 192 reviews on October 5, 2026, with 92% of them one-star. The recurring themes were glitches, unresponsive support and fake profiles (Trustpilot, 2026). A separate UK profile for feeld.co showed 2.8 from 5 reviews, and we did not combine the two. Our view: review sites attract people with a problem to report, so the themes tell you more than the score.
The stores are kinder. On October 5, 2026, Feeld had 4.3 from 101K ratings in the US App Store and 4.0 from 22K in the UK App Store (App Store US, 2026; App Store UK, 2026). On Google Play, read in the Swedish store the same day, it had 3.0 from 56.7K reviews (Google Play, 2026).
We found two reported incidents. Slate reported on December 4, 2023 that an update in the first days of that month caused an outage and showed members’ town or borough names, and that Feeld “turned off the location feature completely while they figure out how to implement it safely” (Slate, 2023). The Register reported on September 13, 2024 that Bogdan Tiron of Fortbridge had reported eight flaws to Feeld on March 8, 2024. According to the report, they allowed reading other people’s messages, viewing disappearing media, editing and deleting messages, editing profiles and bypassing premium limits. Feeld said on August 16, 2024: “We have implemented the required changes to mitigate the remaining findings.” It added that it had found no evidence of unauthorized access (The Register, 2024).
A Mumsnet thread started on October 22, 2023 asked where Feeld sits between FWB, one-night stands and relationships, and its 21 replies dealt with honest profiles, fake profiles and glitches (Mumsnet, 2023a).
Who it suits, and who it does not
Feeld suits people who want something other than one exclusive partner, or something alongside one. That covers open relationships, polyamorous people, couples looking together and singles open to any of the above. Feeld’s FAQ runs “from platonic friendships to FWBs” and everything between, so a friends with benefits arrangement fits as well as something long-term. Its glossary defines ENM as “Open and honest connection with more than one person, with consent from all involved” (Feeld Glossary, 2026). The word itself has its own page.
The serious score at the end rates how much the product and the available data push toward commitment. Feeld’s low number describes that fit and says nothing about anyone’s relationship. Our view: a committed polyamorous relationship counts as serious.
Feeld’s own figures on its members come without a method. In a September 4, 2024 release with Kinsey Institute fellow Justin Lehmiller, Feeld said “71% of Gen Z Feeld Members report a sexual identity other than heterosexual, while 18% identify as gender diverse” (Feeld, 2024). The same release says “monogamy actually emerges as the most preferred relationship style at 23% for Feeld’s Gen Z Members where only 15% prefer a non-monogamous relationship”. Feeld published no sample size, and the figures cover Gen Z members only. By Feeld’s own count, monogamy is the most common single answer among its Gen Z members, at 23%.
Straight people are welcome on Feeld’s wording, which names couples and single people and excludes nobody. The product is built around open arrangements, which is what its glossary and FAQ are about, and the one reviewer we read who compared it found a smaller pool. If you want one exclusive partner and the most people to choose from, Tinder is built for volume and Hinge for people who would rather write first. A reply in a Mumsnet thread from December 2023 tried Tinder, Hinge and Feeld and reported mixed success on all three (Mumsnet, 2023b).
On size, Feeld’s homepage says “Join a community of 14M+ around the world”, with a footnote: “Sensor Tower: Based on registered accounts as of February 2026” (Feeld, 2026). Registered accounts are not users. An account counts the same whether its owner opens the app daily or signed up once in the spring. Google Play shows 5M+ downloads (Google Play, 2026), and we found no figure for active users.
Feeld has no Swedish interface. Its FAQ lists English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish (Feeld FAQ, 2026). It suits you less if you want Swedish, a large local pool or an app that nudges people to reply. Our best dating apps guide covers the alternatives.
Here is what the scores rest on. Serious is 2, and preliminary. Feeld’s wording runs from friendships to FWBs, we found no product rule that pushes toward commitment, and the only data on what members want is Feeld’s own, without a method. The 2 describes fit with this axis, and a committed polyamorous relationship still counts as serious. Cost is 3. Liking, connecting and messaging are free, though Feeld does not publish the free limit. Majestic started at 159 kr or $29.99 for 30 days in the Swedish and US App Stores on October 5, 2026, two memberships sold side by side come with no explanation, and the Swedish listing says EEA consumer rights do not apply. Pool is 2, and preliminary. The 14M+ counts registered accounts, Google Play shows 5M+ downloads, the Swedish App Store had 1.3K ratings against 101K in the US on October 5, 2026, and the one reviewer we read who compared it found a smaller pool. Women is 3, and preliminary. Feeld lists identity verification, nudity blur and screenshot protection. Against that stand the fake-profile complaints on Trustpilot, the 2023 location display and the 2024 security findings, and we found no harassment data or gender ratio for the app. Ghosting is 4. We found no reply rule, chat timer or limit on open conversations, so the product does not ask anyone to reply or sign off.

Common questions
What is Feeld mainly used for?
Feeld describes itself as an app for meeting people outside the one-partner default, and we found no data on how members use it. Its FAQ says the app is for couples exploring together as much as for single people, and it covers everything from platonic friendships to friends with benefits. Its glossary defines ENM as open and honest connection with more than one person, with consent from all involved.
How much does Feeld cost per month?
Liking, connecting and messaging are free, according to Feeld, though it does not publish the free like limit. In the App Store on October 5, 2026, Majestic Membership cost 159 kr for 30 days in Sweden, $29.99 in the US and £19.99 in the UK. A second plan, Feeld Subscription, cost the same in Sweden and the US and £17.99 in the UK. No listing explains how the two differ.
Is Feeld better than Tinder?
They are built for different things. Tinder is built for volume and has a far larger pool. Feeld is built for couples and singles who are in, or curious about, open relationships, and its pool is smaller. On our five axes, Feeld matches Tinder on serious, cost, women and ghosting and scores lower on pool. Feeld also started life as 3nder and renamed itself in 2016 after Tinder's owner sued.
Is Feeld good for straight people?
Straight people can use it, and Feeld's wording, couples and single people, excludes nobody. In a September 2024 release, Feeld said monogamy was the most preferred relationship style among its Gen Z members, at 23%, without publishing a method or sample. The product is built around open arrangements, though, and one reviewer we read describes a smaller pool. If you want one exclusive partner and many people to choose from, a larger general app fits better.
What do GGG and FFF mean on Feeld?
Both come from Feeld's own glossary, which has 102 terms. GGG is a term Dan Savage popularized for the qualities of a good sexual partner: good in bed, giving of time and pleasure, and game for exploring. Feeld defines FFF as a threesome where all participants identify as women. The glossary is on Feeld's website and is the quickest place to look up the other 100 terms.
